Paid Marketing Manager
JOB PURPOSE
Robelle Industries Inc. is seeking a full-time paid marketing manager to help acquire new leads and customers through online pay-per-click and cost-per-acquisition campaigns. This individual will be responsible for the paid marketing performance, including reviewing budgets, implementing strategy, execution, and optimization across online and marketplace channels.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns
• Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports
• Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach and/or lower our cost-per-acquisition
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent branding and messages across all paid programs
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, programmatic media buying
• Monitor market intelligence and keep track of competitor movement and market situation
• Actively contribute new ideas that will help drive marketing strategies successfully forward
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum work experience of 2 to 5 years as a paid marketing manager
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Advertising, Marketing, or related field
• In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords, Microsoft Ads), retargeting, and social network advertising
• Experience with paid marketing for marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, and Google Express
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Strategic thinker with great analytical skills

Ecommerce Sales Representative
JOB PURPOSE
Robelle Industries is seeking a talented and competitive Ecommerce Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment, selling products within the swimming pool industry. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable answering customer calls, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Robelle Industries has been supplying swimming pool chemicals, accessories and pool fun products to regional and national chains, as well as New England pool specialty dealers since 1973. Based in our 350,000 square foot warehouse and fueled by cutting-edge cloud-based software, paired with fully integrated shipping programs, our fulfillment center provides exceptional service for all our accounts.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and generate leads through follow-up via phones and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Close sales and achieve goals
• Enthusiastically educate customers on the latest pool and spa products we have to offer to generate sales
• Maximize profitability by establishing value of our superior pricing and products
• Deliver a high-level customer experience from beginning to end
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven inside sales experience
• Working knowledge of swimming pool covers, water chemistry, opening & closing pools and pool filters
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong phone presence
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
